	Restocking charges will be applied on returned merchandise.

Shipping & Handling

Order Processing:
Most orders placed on our web site prior to 11:00am CST (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, will be processed the same business day for in-stock items. Orders received after 11:00am CST (Monday-Friday) will usually be processed the next business day for in-stock items. You will be notified via email if there will be a delay in shipping your order.
Expedited Order:
If you need immediate shipment on an emergency basis, please call our sales staff at 281-934-1776. We will do our best to accommodate your delivery needs.

Shipping Methods:
UPS Ground Delivery: (Within the Continental U.S.)
We ship most in-stock items within two business days of being processed. These orders will arrive within 7-10 business days from the day that they ship.

Additional Charges:
Oversized Packages: Because of size, some items, such as Windsock Frames, will incur an "oversize" UPS charge
Expedited Shipping on Windsock Frames: Due to size, frames shipped via overnight, second or third day UPS are calculated at the "OVERSIZE" rate, which will result in additional shipping charges.
Shipping and Handling Charge: A $3.75 Shipping and Handling charge is added to each address shipped to.

Returns:
In the event you need to return an item, you must call us first for a Return Authorization (RA). No item will be accepted without an RA. Returned items must be sent via UPS or USPS and insured. If shipped by USPS a Return Receipt for Merchandise must be included for your protection. Call 281-934-1776 for an RA.
